Ramadhan is a month to detox body,mind and soul. bulan penuh keberkatan ni harus dipenuhi dengan bacaan Quran,terawih,tadarus,qiamulai untuk detox soul. To detox mind, kita perlu jauhkan umpatan, bualan kosong, mtv, perizhilton kata aiai), movies and yang lara-lara duniawi. and by fasting, we are actually detoxifying our body.
I tried to find tips for good diet during ramadhan. but end up with tips to detoxifying body. Bagus jugak coz recently Im having bloated stomach problem. Fruit juices are the simplest and kacang putih to follow, lagi-lagi bulan pose ni, kena banyak minum air. A few good juice recipes for healthier colon, stomach, paha (buang celullite) & skin & eyes…and body overall lah senang cerita.
